more stable compared to stock,if u concerned about the weight issue, get japanese rim instead.

if u dont want to feel heavy or fuel consumption drop. Get japan rims. The cost is higher, the rim lightweight.

and becareful with hole.. laugh.gif

With the lousy road conditions in Malaysia, you need to be careful with potholes if using 16 or 17 inchers. I burst a few tyres when I was using my previous ride with 16 inch low profile tyres. And the harsh ride too.. sweat.gif

ride comfort bad, high cost of tires... fc will be affected if the rim is too heavy...
i agree u need to lower the ride a lil too...

for the tires cost 185/60 R14 tires is less than RM210, 195/55 R15 tires will be less than RM300 but 205/45 R16 u will need to pay more than RM300 per tire... of course those cost are base on good performance tires (or 185/60 R14 premium comfort tires)... those cheaper entree level tires u want to install could not give you better grip so no point...

dont follow this advise
u will regret..left the spring as original...coz your big tyres already taking large space of your wheel arch

also,,dont use 45..instead use 55 or 50(depends if your wheel arch alows it) to absorb the impact from road bump

195/55 R15... just nice for u... then try use good tires then u will felt better in handling and gripping... use rear stabilizer also to improve more on the handling side... it improves the handling not by huge margin but still better than change tires only...

OE rims should be around 38~42 offset... look around and see...

50 or 55 is over size my fren... it will affect your ECU calculation and also ABS functionality...

well Proton Exora??? well it will be slightly under power coz it is 1.6 and also 17" might be too heavy... if you got lightweight rims then it might not affect too much... RE001, then ur comfort also affect a lil... better is GY F1 Asy...

it is good but a lil hard if you want a lil comfort... thats all...
an all rounder which i prefer is GY F1 Asy... coz a lot of ppl think it is ok when you change but after u change you will feel ouch... so ask yourself... do you mind if the ride is more harder to the current or u prefer to maintain the current feel which u can improves ur handling and traction...
comfortness is quite subjective... so think...

i meet a few forummers say shit, it is bumpy on a 16" or 17" setup... their arse will get numbs after some bumpy ride... so is personal call..
