Hi dingdong985, one of my fren also bought a bumi lot last year. He bought it via bank lelong (auction) actually. Also to found out that it was a bumi lot after winning the bid. No hope to get back his deposit $ anymore. But he went to the state man and got his house title to be changed to non-bumi lot finally. Of coz, that was during election period and also went though some 'special' process in order to get the title change done.
