I'm a fan of "Fullhouse" lighting.

This one a bit different. But it has those European feel with the awesome shadows.

Fullhouse has many windows at most corners. Works like a softbox with available light. Example you can see in my LYN photo gallery under the cute bunny theme.

coz after you have corrected the fish eye like distortion, you have to crop the side of the photo. hence, less resolution.
i see it as tighter composition. i won't get 16mm angle anymore, it's more like 18mm or 20mm. so for what i am doing, the 16-35 is basically useless.

Spotlight was directly towards the camera. N really makes wonder.
35/1.4G without ED tho. If only 24/1.4G with me. Can try out and see the different.

The lens is a cheap lens also. Just the camera expensive only

16-85 + 35 + 80-200

or

11-16 + 35 + 80-200

no prob.. but if you have more cash.. consider a D90

Try D3000 + 2470 under low light versus D3 + 24105 under lowlight .
