Like though you didn't mention you don't know want upgrade to D7000 body or bla bla bla....
Hence we see a good reason why post count been disabled for this.
not sure quote this is related or not, okay you guy wan see my true reason i still struggle for D7000, while saving my piggy bank.

1)after KLMIS 2010, i decided to get newer body since have Live-view after D90 announce...so i ask my friend (D90 user, flash gun user also) what model suitable for me.
2) my friend said :
a)D3100: begginer range, but iso performance is better than D90, but body very light and small, no top lcd, no AF....since we all start from D70s during photography class, alreaday get used with AF-body and top LCD.
b)D7000: solid build like D70s, but pricy lor...but it is best of the best for now, and just release only, so no worry for new model come out. But my skill is PnS only...so he also say just get D3100 la....
c)D90: good enough for upgrade for D70s, but release for time being and scared purchase later then release a newer & cheaper version
3) but the of course i ask another people (50D user) : he recommended me " Go canon la, cheaper, change lens also eaisier since all model have AF" although nikon have nicer high iso performance but you also rarely go to night club/pub/dark places shooting so what for go nikon, canon enough lor.
then he recommended 550D or 50D (that time 1100D and 600D haven't release)
4) Of course got ask in thread as well since more answers, more better... and ya ask some user experience and feedback is better than read reviews on the net.
okay i still dilemma actually

but yeah big probably just stick to D7000 so lesser regret...because i saw some cases in this thread people buy D3100 then upgrade to mid-range due to no AF in body if they wan use prime lens...and might well as top LCD? so i better push higher budget for that, since i can do that within my budget range...i think
okay no hard feeling... apologize if i really offended you guys. or maybe my usual post got too much emoticon and "haha" at the back makes me feel not serious?
*just like how i get my ipad too, ask truly what is the ipad can do and can't do, get a very very clear answer before throwing my money for gadget...but my question is different case since i wan ipad for drawing but LYN most of them are using ipad for reading, movies, and document editing...okay, this is off oledi
