3150MHz, the world highest record?

Is SF3D's 3150MHz the highest RAM overclocking record so far? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVJ5Qj44kOUBTW. LN2 seems to be the only way to break the record.. Is it possible to use air cooling to reach that high frequency?

HyperX T1 so high clocking? I always thought kingston to be a reliable but no the highest clockers
