Hi Pbb Seller.i wanted to tell you that i will join universiti teknologi malaysia in Johor Bahru in september or october.I do want to buy 3ds games from you when come to malaysia from pakistan and join the university,so can i avail the cash on delivery offer for people in johor bahru?

My father teaches at UTM, and it is in Skudai which is kind of far from Pbbseller's cash on delivery radius.

I know that 3DS is region locked. Japanese 3DS can only play japanese 3DS games. What abt the US, SG and MY set? I'm sure MY and SG set games are compatible but what abt US set? Only US region games?
