Just go and have a look last few days,

In terms of location not bad
surrounding is kurang a bit
design of this stil ok, but abit like flat. high density
price 380 per sqft.. is a bit high ( klang valley hard to get lower already)
but i think the sub sales landed there shud b around 300k ++
but least hold... 1 car park..
50% DIBS have to claim from developer by the customer himself.. abit low ya..
overall.. if u dun mind the surrounding, leasthold, 1st time buyer, looking for affordable stil ok.

Type C (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) BU 1,195sf - RM363K
price is 303 per sqf.

One level higher add 1K. if RM 375k, (level 12).
price is 313 per sqf.

But Type C is facing cheras view...

yes...facing cheras view..

couldn't afford KLCC view doh.gif

mine is 376K for 1195sf - ~315 per sf

surprisingly, Type C is one of the most selling units currently.

It's quite a normal thing to have the cheapest units sell first. But then again the type with the best views has been sold out too, KLCC facing side.

I don't know how you get the 380 psf.

At most also 320 psf only based on the quotation (haven't less rebate).

Anyway, I think the most concern is about it is the developer as it's a rather low profile 1.

The area is not that busy, quite good for own stay.

Accessible to all part of KL easily. Hopefully the traffic to MRR2 will be better when the road is done upgrading (not sure what they doing to the road under the MRR2).

Hi, need some advise. I went to showunit like about 2 weeks ago and wanted to book the type b2 but didnt, but last weekend i was there, it was all gone! And to top it off, someone was there and took the last unit of type c! Seeing that i have a limited budget, do u guys think that the type b's are worthwhile for the price? I was thinking of the ones facing the pool. This is about 60k more than i originally intended. Anybody who visited showhouse can advise?

Young man, gotta make faster decision next time wink.gif

If thats pushing your commitment too hard, you can always wait for some 'loan dropouts' or any unit cancellation from your intended unit. Make constant connection with your sales agent, am sure you will have a fair chance of getting one
