Anyway, the sales has been going strong for now. With almost 35% sold after launch for a week or two.
And this property is close to LRT (there are THREE lrts along the road Jln Cempaka)
The price is still justified due to the sudden emergence of Axis Ampang which is around the corner (IMO)
