 getting bored of the same breakfast, eating the same thing for 7 mths

i've been eating tuna + cheese sandwich/ egg + cheese sandwich for 7 mths as my breakfast, and i'm getting abit sick of it. U guys have any alternatives with the same protein value and price as the 2 that i can try. Dying for a change..


Added on March 3, 2011, 10:28 ambtw, i'm eating oatmeal as my dinner... so try not to suggest oatmeal.. thx

Are you trying to lose weight or pack it on?

Either way, cmon, bro. There are hundreds of breakfast meals you can have. Hundreds.

Scrambled eggs on brown toast, poached eggs, lean cold cuts of meat, peanut butter on toast, cottage cheese, why not get a blender and throw some fruits in then top it up with milk..

Why are you eating only Oatmeal for dinner? I'm not surprised you're sick of your current breakfast, tuna/egg and cheese sounds filthy! haha.

i have been eating the same breakfast for about 18 months. Try different bread, or different ways of cooking eggs, scrambled, poached, half boiled, hard boiled. No tuna, then maybe cold cuts of meat ?

i'm not eating only oatmeal for dinner. Oatmeal is my carb source for my dinner, i have chicken and vege also.

Wat do u mean by... filthy? oily? fatty?

Actually you're right and wrong. I wouldn't screw with my breakfast even on cheat days. No matter what my breakfast will always be healthy as it is the most important meal of the day apart from PWO. Then after that I pig out like crazy. =P

Try scrambled eggs and spinach (canned one so its not so troublesome). Sometimes you can add legumes/lentils.

Or every now and then you could just down a protein shake.

I mean the same breakfast for 7 months??

You are just feeling boring for a long time. So you can change those choices for a fews days, only for remove boring. So, on those days you can take what ever you like, don't concern about protein.
