Kimsim,
Can you tell me what ths different between 530 model and 550 or 560 model?? we have an apartment with "happy feet 2" carpet which i do not which to get it ruin, but not sure if your irobot can navigate thru it without damaging it?? Please advice, thanks. |

As i know the iRobot have refurnish unit for both 530 and 560 roomba, so how do i know the unit that i buy from you will not be the refurnish unit or new, although you stated it is new unit??

Then again if it mishandle during shipping or gone missing, will the liability on me?? |

I got my irobot Roomba 560 early this week.
Thanks kimsim it work greats. i should have received it on monday but got some hiccup and it land at my homes on Tuesday. Kimsim was responsible enough to let me know there was some problem with the Pos Laju and rectified it. Thanks for great service. |
