bro, my roomba 650 start giving problem. error 5 when charging on dock. if direct charge, no problem, but if the robot going back to charging base, then it will charge, but when after sometime it will give charging error 5.

i have reset the roomba based on the guide in the irobot website but still the problem is there.

pls help.

Hi, usually reset battery got 2 type.

Screw out the bottom plate and take out the batter and put back again as reset also.
Sometime maybe battery may out of position, due to bang on something.

If still can't work and please let me know, when u bought and capture the error 5 shown on Roomba panel.
Also SMS me to ask for the return address of the charger only.

We will do replacement after received and return by next day.
