finally there is a friend using wave .. he bought yesterday .. rm1330 .. i think the price he got is expensive ... he told me wave 2 reso no good and too bulky for him .. i was har???

just send my wave 1 to plaza berjaya samsung centre.... got problem with camera button. but at least the staff said, everythin will be free as long still got samsung warranty. thx god im not going for AP set before. but agak2 nye kantoi tak when they see lots of crack pirate apps i have inside that? huhu~

motorola defy? motorola famous for their encrypt/lock bootloader. not much customization can be done on their android phone. if u like modding than better stay away from buying motorola.

btw last week i saw tesco klang got sell csl androidpad for only rm799. now second also people selling rm1k. can make easy money. thought wanna buy on the way back but forgotten. halfway on the highway baru remember. allready to late.

omg..so gud. just send my phone on 2/3/11 around 4pm, next day 1pm already got msg come for collection. maybe my luck, the service is tiptop, no fuss at all... the camera button suddenly become so stupid + lag, need to press hard to focus and capture and the flash will blinking over and over for nothing.. rite now back to normal..great! just want to ask, if we upgrade firmware to 1.2, is all contact, msg and apps will be stay there? need to reinstall or what? if not, i really hope for update.

Hmm...story with my Wave 2GPS again.

Today it seems to behave ok. I took out the Wave 2 and do the following:
1) *#4097*4097#
2) Delete GPS data.
3) Download the data (using WIFI from my HTC Desire as AP ...).
4) Walk out of the building.
5) Do the 'Test GPS'. Manage to  lock in maybe urm...1 to 2 minutes gua.
6) Test the PAPAGO M7, ok, knows my current location.
7) Switch off the PAPAGO and walk back into building.
8) 1 to 2 hours later. At car park ready to leave.
9) Test the GPS STATUS...managed to get a lock under one minute.
10) PAPAGO running happily.

Duh....i hope it stays this way more often....

All this while, i turn off packet data...coz this is my wife's phone...no data plan yet...maybe subscribe next month or so.

Thanks for the tips...wah..this is really annoying if need to hold like this. I was holding it using my right hand this morning when it worked. So remember, RIGHT HAND...lol.

btw, i dun understand your data...what am i suppose to look at??? So many screenshot there...btw, how do u capture the screen shots??

ok, nvr mind...did more testing last night...it works ok!!!    Lock in a minute or so.

Now finally can use the PAPAGO M7.......btw, i find the POI in PAPAGO M7 not so good...the category is very limited...it doesn't breaks down into more useful category....for example, i tried searching for Shopping Mall, but all these Kedai Auto Ah Beng also came out......Garmin is still much superior. I wonder if standalone PAPAGO GPS also like this??

Hi there, I'm also facing this problem with my camera button. Is it the camera button that causing the problem or the firmware? I'm using JK1.

Kinda spoil my Wave experience... highlighted to them about a month ago. Said that they have informed Samsung about it, but till now still no reply.

Camera sometimes out of focus...I MEANS MOST OF THE TIME AT OUTSIDE...NORMAL?? OR FIRMWAR?
