finally finish went thru whole thread... envy to those daikor manage to get a/ few unit in these project which i wish i can....

may i know wat is the nett income to get loan approval if able to get 90% loan for 30yrs at loan amount of 1mil?

I think LV and SMD still will be a dream for me...*sigh*... any estimate time for SPS to launch their high rise property in SEG? and the price is around 600k?

errmmm i went there yesterday and saw the design... at first i feel the same with some of you all on the design... but look into details i feel it looks more like western/ europe style... no?smile.gif

for SEG new launch, on the day they launch almost all corner for Link VIlla kena sapu except the middle row and only few intermediate kena sapu... 14 units LV and 2 SD sold on the morning session, consider good? Bungalow all taken before open for sale i think...

To all taikor,

I need your advice on the following project in cyberjaya.

1. SEG Western Heritage
2. SH Schumann 2, Shubert
3. SR Eugenia
4. Garden Residence

I wish to own a house with peaceful environment and full of greens:). If u were me, which project you will choose and why? Tqvm^^

Hahaha... i post tis question here also wish to see opinion frm SEG buyers hahaha.. i personally like SEG master plan but wonder y the western heritage sales not moving:(.. worry make wrong decision on SEG....

SH and SR the concept also nice and price almost same wt SEG with bigger BU that makes me in dilemma..

understand you experienced tis also before you really set up your mind on SEG heee... so can i know wat makes you not to choose SH or SR tongue.gif

Booked SEG Western Heritage and hope i will not regret later:)

Loan approved from 2 banks also but now another thing i need to settle which is my remaining 10% down payment because my cheque from purchaser bank is yet to release which already over n over from the extended timeline and the last given timeline is until 20 Dec 2013. SP Setial only give me 14 days to complete SPA plus down payment. Very headache now, not sure SP Setia ok or not if i write them postdated cheque on the remaining 10% down payment haha:D... if they not allow then my booking unit gone cry.gif

WAHAHAHHAHAH... talk about it also funny... one of them is my hubby!!! (FYI, im using my hubby account in tis forum tongue.gif).... we din plan to queue as we know phase 1 also sell in slow mode but the sales person talk until like will hav alot of ppl SAPU on the launching date arghhh...

end up only 7 ppl in total in the queue haha:D... earliest is a couple and they start queuing on 6pm day before launching kekekeke... they plan to get 2 units LV:).

my mom at setapak, me myself is KIPARK Jln kuching:)....but every morning will go setapak then KL/ Damansara... nite will go setapak then only KIPARK heee...

both me and hubby is an IT person so cyberjaya also can survive gua if change job la hee...
