Personally, I don't believe in paper profit, I believe in quality communities, & I wish Eco Glades price gaps between phases shall not be too high.

As u mentioned, 100k gap between 1A & 1B, across a duration of 1 year...

A bit high, but I think is reasonable, because of phase 1 is kind like subsidized.

Talk about sweat, your Sunway GEO make us lagi sweat, price gap in a month:

Your reason is the main reason I am not considering, although the price is "cheaper".

Mix better. See Mirage? Good highrise will attract own stayers.

Landed price inflated will make highrise not attractive. See Desa Park? New highrise occupancy is quite low.

Century Square is too small. Anyway at most 500 people, so not as crowded compared to event at Eco Park.

Not bad. Can still improve.

Mainland Liu-Li Gardens 2 LV-050 RM 1.3 M huge rear land size available.

Dropped out unit. One of the better location not facing t-junction.
