wow, RM1.9mil Semi-D on island not bad, yup, need luck. What is your budget for Singapore condo? Now mass market condo in Singapore is from SG$1mio, unless you are looking for shoe box. hmnnn... Size for 2-bedder is around 800sqft, 3-bedder is around 1000-1100sqft.
