Not surprised about the sales' pace. True also about having show houses, but to begin with house design must b attractive too...

agree. and many units facing west sun. will be hot. west not good feng shui for many ppls.

Agreed. Setia shall quickly build up the Eco Glades master plan, landscape, infrastructure, club & show houses.

Actually slowing down is healthy for the development of SEG so that developer focusing on quality of landscape, inter connecting flyover from lingkaran putrajaya to SEG, islands water clearity issue, layouts.... Etc rather than just sell sell sell. Best to build a show village like Eco park showing us the quality la.

Soros kor is right. If all sold then i guess they wont put much effort here. Well, we need to understand that SEG is jv between sps n setia haruman and it is small proj to sps. So it is not surprise that they r pushing SEH and other projs more.

2. SH Schumann 2, Shubert
3. SR Eugenia
4. Garden Residence

I wish to own a house with peaceful environment and full of greens:). If u were me, which project you will choose and why? Tqvm^^

Most of us are SEG buyers. I bought one because of its landscaping, water features & orchard. SPS is good in water features & landscaping. Check it out in Setia Eco park & Setiawalk. However, I like SH too & quote me if I m wrong....the walls are mostly glass & landscaping is nice. Again SPS is good in township & Sunrise is good in condos. It's your choice.

Hahaha... i post tis question here also wish to see opinion frm SEG buyers hahaha.. i personally like SEG master plan but wonder y the western heritage sales not moving:(.. worry make wrong decision on SEG....

SH and SR the concept also nice and price almost same wt SEG with bigger BU that makes me in dilemma..

understand you experienced tis also before you really set up your mind on SEG heee... so can i know wat makes you not to choose SH or SR tongue.gif

I bought SR. No lake, just garden, jogging n cycling track, but low density and exclusive. Clubhouse n pool small. Signed SH initially but cancelled on second thought, the houses look close to each other, even though bigger clubhouse, it is more dense. SEG looks nice and beautiful with lakes, islands, bridges and mall, but no comment since I never checked this project at all.

No problem bcos I had not given them the booking fee cheque yet, but I signed for sunway montana after that and again cancelled it b4 settling down with SR, they returned my RM20000 cheque without fuss, they said they understand, its not easy to decide for the best house for you.

SH can be easily 50% more than SEG.

We opt for Eco Glades, because Symphony Hillls maintenance fee is high, & future will be quite dense.
