Perhaps is the concept there. But at one time i nearly bought Maple West, as the park is very huge and lots of greens. The price then was quite reasonable but now the prices are atrocious i.e. almost the price of landed properties.

totally agree that that SEG is a good buy, the estimated completion date is just nice, Cyber should become a vibrant city by that time.

If I born few years earlier mayb i can buy la....it is abit difficult for our age to buy a 1mil++ property.
