26x85 from Rm 1.4mil but semi D 41x95 from Rm 1.7mil. One is islands and another one is mainland.
Which one is a better buy for both own stay and investment? Lol

this pricing strategy will help to boost the sales of leftover semi D unit (41'x95' Rm1.7mil+).

2). Guessing - Islands 2.5 storey LV unit - 26' x 85' with 3600ft2 at Rm 1.4mil+
3). Actual - Mainland 2 storey semi-D unit 41' x 95' with 3200ft2 at Rm 1.7mil+
4). Guessing - Islands 2 storey semi-D unit - 41' x 85' with 3200ft2+ at Rm 2.0mil+

Went to the sales office on last Sunday, not much progress for the sale of LV in mainland. People are waiting for new launching? The price of LV in island definitely will be higher than mainland...confirmed by SA.

Not many flipper @ Cyberjaya, even there are more in Cyberjaya SOHO.

Eco Glades & Cristal Residence is not BBB, but we see slow & steady take up better than BBB!

It's eastern heritage (baba nyonya) or western heritage.
Definitely not bali style since it was the the last launched island units.

SA said the construction works of new interchange into SEG can be started before end of this year - Good news!

Previously SPS planned to launch 3 storey but the sales feedback from SH and SR are not convincing thus they changed to 2 storey with afforable pricing.
