Hopefully la especially nowadays ppl are lacking confident when tan Sri leaving the comp.
once the construction for new interchange kicked off, more ppl will be confident to SEG. Pretty convenient la.... Connects all hwys via interchange at lingkaran putrajaya.

if seg semi d 41x95 with bu 4000ft2+ selling at 1.7mil , I will buy another 2more straight away! biggrin.gif

Personally still think SEG landed is the best buy compare to others in term of location, concept, pricing, accessibilities, appreciation smile.gif
Note - that's why I put all my eggs into one basket.
Hahaha I m the big water fish n I still remember all my family members / friends said I m a crazy man when i bought them. Lol

Just received the official letter from SPS to claim the 10% (completion of ground works).
