Hopefully la especially nowadays ppl are lacking confident when tan Sri leaving the comp.

if seg semi d 41x95 with bu 4000ft2+ selling at 1.7mil , I will buy another 2more straight away!

Personally still think SEG landed is the best buy compare to others in term of location, concept, pricing, accessibilities, appreciation
Note - that's why I put all my eggs into one basket. Hahaha I m the big water fish n I still remember all my family members / friends said I m a crazy man when i bought them. Just received the official letter from SPS to claim the 10% (completion of ground works).
