Contacted Mr Will on Saturday, great customer services experience so far...maybe due to late of item confirmation from me, 'request' inserted in the system only by dz morning. Received call from his office, item will be send by tomorrow at 10am...I'll update again tomorrow arh...
Saw missed call at 8.30am...call back around 9am...item is on It's way...arrive at around 10.30am, hello smile on the front door, good cust svcs still...once installations done, item is under testing...I ask few questions on how to operate it, unfortunately, answers given not satisfied...serve them a cup of tea...and they rush back...later on realize there's no bottom panel attach...hurmmm...texted Mr will but no reply until now...
Surf on9 for the manual, and finally manage to operate and understand the process.do test run, it took around 2 hours to finish all phases - wash, drain, spin. (Wonder if it's normal for front loading type)

Sat, Dec 22, Called up ofc, spoke to Mr lam, had advice technician to come before afternoon on monday.
Mon, Dec 24, technician called up and didn't aware the preadvice timing. Sigh...decided to proceed (luckily got someone at home to wait for them). Item's collected. And advice us, it will be done in 2-3 days, they'll call as well...
Wait again lorhhh...adeh...
