Hello everyone here, let me relate my lousy experience with this supplier.

I bought a used washing machine and had a fridge to repair.
It took a few days for the washing machine to arrive, less than three km away from the shop(Taman Tun)
The wash machine when switched on was rumbling and making lots of noise as if going to explode.
I complained and they took a few days to come and collect for repairs. Meanwhile they repaired the fridge
on the spot. Unfortunately it is still not cold. When i complained they said it should be taken to their
workshop for proper repair. Okay, it took another few days and came back. what is disappointing is that
the fridge remain the same , not cold.
I went over to the warehouse to complain but they claimed that the fridge is working properly.
It was not cold due to stuffing too much things inside the fridge they claimed. At the same time i saw that the washing machine
lying in the workshop just 'waiting for repairs'.

My tenant required these appliances urgently, and it was inconvenient for me to attend as i live in Klang,
I was left with no choice but to make a fresh order for a recon Fridge and a replacement wash machine.
I have to dish out additional rm 100 for the wash machine.
The wash machine did work this time, but they did not do the drum cleaning before sending over as result
after washing , the clothes are full of white particles. I have to admit that the fridge is working, but
they failed to clean it up before delivery.

After thinking about it,
I am of the opinion that it is not worth the money and trouble to buy "reconditioned" units.
The units cost almost 70 percent of new units. It does not make any difference whether 'reconditioned'
or second hand, they are the same!
Not to mention the poor support services.
There is not much choice. Photos shown here are different from actual condition.
You have better bargains if you have the time to look around.
After this , i looked up MUDAH.Com and was surprised there are lots of good and much cheaper deals.

Just some thoughts to share with you folks.
