window Ventilation fan without Drill hole, is it possbile/ any idea/

hi, im thinking of instllating ventilation fan on my guest room back of house, however hope to get it install without have to drill hole as normally u need to drill a quare hole to fix the ventilation fan, im wondering whether is it workable to install it on windows/glass/iron grille instead...
