Heee. I can't stop smiling, and overjoyed eventhough we're only half way through. We played well, actually better than most of our game, esp with such injuries and make shift wingers. Having the twins as wingers actually created havoc and energy craved, because of their young blood.

And I keep noticing, Vidic is overshadowed by Smalling. Such a hard rock figure back there, and looking good at midfield too.

Rooney are more or less like Scholes in this game, younger version perhaps.

if rooney is playing as a midfielder he seems to be doing it quite well..its obvious he has lost alot of pace in his runs and reaction time IMo..that scholesey position seems to suit him well,for now at least..

same i dont see gibson....our central midfield really lost...and rooney is doing all the dirty job lol

TBH I did saw him playing, did some trick, long passes, and closed down when having the ball about 40 yards from Arsenal's goal. He can't do his trademark long range effort much. The one I barely see is our #22, though he's playing decently in stopping Arsenal's midfield flow.

that's why..same goes to carrick..he play an important role in our team to stop opponent midfield and yet, ppl doesnt appreciate it, well no offence..just an example..

yeah his significant contribution was feint trick over 2 arsenal players before passed to fabio and then rafael glorious header...JOS became 5th defender already
