Ya, you can do e-filing. Form BE is very straight forward, put in your income, less deductions (you should only be eligible for your own RM9000 deduction), then whatever left multiply your tax rate (you should be taxed RM400~500+), minus individual RM400 rebate which should leave you with RM0~100+ to pay or refund if you over paid.

Anyway you just deduct whatever you see fit, like internet bill, reading materials, sports equipment etc. They are all listed there with their limits.
