When was KOF98 released? I reached May 98 issues but no sight of KOF98

What do the younger generation like hafez and bluey thinks of games made between late 16-bit (94~96) and early 32-bit (96~98)? Games were mostly sprite based, or terrible 3D handling, and FMV presentations as selling points.

Er. I wanst big on gaming back in the day. The only game that I remember playing religiously was Pokemon. So I cant really comment on it I suppose. That being said, I wont go back playing some of the better old school games. Not because of the sprites and graphics. More like the loading times and stuff would take too long. Would be put me down.

On another note, a shopping center in my hometown is said to be haunted. lawl.

Good good, something I didn't think of. I can still bear with CD games' 30~60seconds loading, so that never crossed my mind.

Remember playing those point and click games pc and when i got stuck, i would tuck to bed and do a walktrough in my head. THose time games pakai those 5 inch floppy disc,haha!

But what really was a marvel, would be Tekken 3. Super Extreme fast load times.

KOF98 is still pretty "new" to me.. I'm still stuck with Orochi being the current KOF

If they port the old school games over with good load times and stuff. I'd more than happy to play it again.

Those era still sees many arcade ports, JP dominance on the market, many new IPs, new formulas, very little hype (and fanboys), offline multiplayer, colorful games etc.
