HDH have weak GPS Signal problem..

Got my HDH from Digi Last Week, I found the GPS signal is very weak, the app (Papago x5) always trying to search for the satellite, I compare this with my Wife Garmin Asus A10, her phone able to lock the Satellite in less then 3 minutes, my is still searching and searching.. even after 20 minutes..

Does any brother and sister here facing the same problem? Needs to decide before I send the phone back to SIS to check..

Err...where to on the A-GPS?

This is just a recap of my HDH GPS weak signal problem, and how I manage to solve it..
1) Download "GPS Status" from Market
2) Launch "GPS Status", click settings/tools, select Manage A-GPS state
3) Select Download, once done, my HDH manage to fixed GPS location in less then 1 minute

Also, I am using MoovWorks Silicon case for my HDH, it does have impact on the GPS signal, I needs to remove it to have a quick GPS fixed, else, it may take up-to 5 minutes to fix the location.. And With Silicon case on, driving in a car with vCool screen, I can't get GPS fixed at all...
