my ps3 have been acting weird recently
very slow start up/boot

n there is always an error message about harddisk being corrupt shows up

already tried to restore the file system n rebuild the ps3 database
but nothing seems to improve

is this a symptom of dying harddisk ?

fortunately i already made a backup
eventho it takes me couples of time before i succeed
in the beginning,the backup utility always failed at 32%

then i reformat the external harddisk,give it another try,luckily it succeed
