u can try reformat your console.maybe all the patch for cracked games will be deleted and restore your system to original state.dunno if it works or not bcoz never used/owned a cracked version.

first, you throw that jb usb thing on the floor and use a hammer to break it. then you reformat your hard disk and install the latest firmware. after that you pray very hard, sony won't "kill" your ps3 when you go online.

and how do i update to the latest version?
should i just connect to the internet and let it auto update or must buy the newest version..??

guys. can i place and set up my PS3 like in the picture? does it get enough air space?

My room kinda small. so i place the PS3 beside my rig. yeah. i place my rig on the table. no space to put it down. and the gap between it just 10cm. i wonder does my PS3 got enough airflow.

I have got the price down to RM920 for a Singapore set from a seller here buy removing the dualshock from the box and I can afford the RM920 but the only thing that nagging me is the warranty..

Is it ok to buy Singapore set? After the warranty by Sony Singapore expires,can I send the ps3 to Sony Malaysia for repair?

I'm also getting "System Error". I'll try at home again with my PS3 online tonight. Have you tried both with PC and PS3 ? I only tried with pc. Hopefully able to pass with PS3.

I can't believe its still more than RM 1 K. Is US is selling at USD 249, we should get it at around RM 750 - 800 (I don't mind even if it's RM 899) but still above RM 1K ? That kinda sucks

you cannot register warranty with ps3. it can only be registered at http://asia.playstation.com/my/en/support/p/productreg .

if the site is down, you have no choice but to call the tech support number at asia playstation.

new price of ps3s are cech 3k series or still 2.5k series? hmm
