planning to buy ps3 and playing online mutiplayer with u all but i have 1 question, my hz is using streamyx wifi 1mbps.

can i just play online just using wifi connection or do i have to do alot of setting, eg: like previous post mention must use router only can connect?

and do the speed of 1mps is enough to playing multiplayer such as killzone 3? thanks to all.

the modem provided by TM is a modem+router already..so u can just connect the PS3 to u'r current modem using wifi or cable

as long ur connection is stable .... fine for online mp

the best connection usually wired.... LAN to router

another question is i want to ask for example i bought the killzone3 R3, can i play among ppl that using R1 disc? thanks again bro..

as for kz3.... u can connect to servers globally... no worries... can play with anyone... even if the region of the disc is different

yes thats rite , wired connection seems the best , but if you forgot to unplug the wire + lightning , then it will risk your console .. ill prefer wireless

last nite i try mp on uc2 and the connection seems fine but im dunno which server im in and i register using malaysia psn id. actually when playing mp do we recommmend to buy the headset to talk with other player? i can hear like ppl talking from the tv but seem like not clear only. dunno what are the saying.

if you're hearing the voice kinda breaking, not clear, try checking ur connection NAT Type..
if it show's Nat Type 2: Moderate, you'll encounter this problem..
if it is set to Nat Type 2: Open you'll get a clear sound..
(normally i check whether connection is Moderate or Open in COD Black OPS MP lobby, MW2 MP lobby also got)

the voice quality also depends on your connection..
just put your PS3 ip address in the DMZ option of your Router..
you'll get Nat Type 2: Open
