afaik there are 2 model for 120gb both using different CPU / GPU core. U supposed to get Model: CECH-2106A (this model using same core as other bigger HDD model)..it's using a latest CPU / GPU. In theory latest CPU will using lower power consumption / less heat

afaik windows cannot revert from NTFS to FAT32 w/out formatting it..u can try 3rd party software like, partition magic, partition manager etc
