hmm... for RM550k, u can get a DSL in usj or subang jaya, FREEHOLd and some in gated communities. for own stay, palm ville and saujana residency are probably better bet due to better location. also sunway suites, beside sunway pyramid or one of the nautica condos...u can move in straight away.

this area would be perfect for student housing development. NOT high end condo (or mid-range condo priced at high end). developer should have done a package like The Place Cyberjaya. i think many desperate investors will later rent out their 2 bedroom units each to 10 students from say Africa or Middle East. We might end up having another Lagoon Perdana or Sunway Mentari Court here...
