I can confirm that it's not the remote. In fact, the B.yond remote is very responsive! I've contacted Sharp to ask if they have a solution and I'll share it here if they do. I emailed them only.. if any of u extra rajin want to call them, please call them at 1800 888 678 and please share if there's a solution to it! Cheers
