At 8mm its really hard to MF, no? Cause all looks the same. Too wide. Unlike 300mm easy to MF.
*
as long the person u want to focus is more than 5 meters, just put it into infinity & shoot away icon_rolleyes.gif

or use smaller aperture, really no need to focus with the 8mm samyang rclxm9.gif

that would be a wrong way to do it. that case, your near subjects will not be sharp. using hyperfocal, setting it to focus at 1 meter at f/4, everything from a few inches in front of the lens all the way to infinity will be in focus

fellow alpharians...

would like to seek an advice if there's anybody know to where i can send my Konica minolta Dynax 5D for service ?
the antishake indicator on the right viewfinder keeps blinking *sigh*

is Sony would help ? or is there any external camera service i can visit ?

i stay around Cyberjaya btw

thanks alot
*
seriously its not worth it to service this very old minolta. better if you just purchase a 2nd hand a200 or a300 or get a new sony a580/a55 if you have the money icon_rolleyes.gif
