i'm not a galaxy s user. just helping a fren
my fren asked me to help him change his ROM on his galaxy s.
so i flash Debus A8.
but then d phone stuck in splash image.
i cant enter into recovery mode @ download mode.
adb also didnt detect his phone.
and i dont know much about sgs.
can anyone help how to resolve this?

i pull d battery, try to on, still stuck in splash img.
usb jig, a hardware or software?
still under warranty, but already rooted. can send for warranty?

I flash debus A8 rom. I dont know that need to check d rom. If for htc desire, we can use any rom.
i use d usual step (for me), enter into recovery,wipe, flash d rom, reboot. Then it stuck on splash img.
if there is no other option, need to buy that usb jig la.

from what i read, i'm gonna need odin to instal d firmware.
so which firmware i need to use? i went to link in first page but there are too many firmware and i dont know which to use. if possible give me a link
is d process to flash firmware using odin need internet connection? or i can just download d firmware ealier and flash it using odin?
