my sgs is super virgin (so so la 2 weeks old)
just now flashed to speedmod kernel (13a) via odin from eclair stock
odin said pass but my sgs does not reboot (hang at start up screen)
oredi tried few times but same result
i juz bricked my sgs? plz say no
any advise sifus? help me pls. tq

titanium backup can backup sms also mar..

[sms/mms/apn] dialer storage 2.2.1 <---i believe is this, the word are green color(well, the 2.2.1 might be different depend on ur firmware)

so far i have backup and restore using it quite a few time..
and act titanium backup can restore quite a lot of thing also..

still nid to factory reset... better do that the next time I flash. lol.. I thought whether can solve without factory reset or not   anyway thanks

currently owning myself a samsung i9000 aka galaxy s..after using the ori froyo 2.2,i found that da phone respond slow and keep hanging all da time..so any suggestion or recommended way to made it better n smoother as those in youtube..   

You can start by flashing kernel and enable lagfix first. If you do not like lagfix, you can try 2.2.1 firmware.

Um, since i started to use it for the past 3 days, its very easy to get lock. less than 20sec cold start. Different location, time would result in different story. Tried it first! If still not satisfied, Gps aids always there for u.. 

High quadrant score does not mean good performance.
