Which one do you suggest? Please list your pro and cons

honda c70 the most indestructible kapcai. guaranteed to start with 1 kickstart only. 2" newb riders should not ride 250cc. they died before they get to 3"

Any suggestion for a beginner bike, plan to ride it for a few years and not changing it often

My word of advice for you.
Don't take 250cc.
I'm biker myself.
I tried a 250cc and the power its not enough.
Surely in the years you will like upgrading when another bigger cc cuts you or chops you.
Take a 600cc straight.
I would advise you to take the ZX-6r if you're rich or budget wise ER-6N.
Honda CBR250RR is a single cylinder bike. Compared to the Ninja in terms of speed is slower.

my dad never rides .It's my cousins.I rode this on every Saturday morning with him around Melawati.That's all.Never get to ride it on highway yet due to license.But insyaallah(hopefully), will use it to go and back from university.

these big engine bikes like the 600cc bikes... is it easy to find a workshop if it breaks down in the middle of ur journey?..

if Superbikes tend to break down easily then whats worth in investing on them?
I assume that some of the workshops can easily fix an ER-6N as i have seen before.
Most probably i would keep a toll car/bike number in me just for emergency use.
Normally for trips , its better safe to ride with your bikers than solo alone unless you're confident with your bike that doesn't cause problems.

i say TS no need to buy cbr or ninja. get Supermoto instead. there are too many kapcai and sport bike on the road dy. even easy rider alot but not many supermoto

u shud get urself an EX5 (no hand clutch) / LC135 (with handclutch) to familiarize first....

btw i've booked a cbr for myself.. NSh only targets 200 units / year.. so 1 BSH 4S shop can only get abt 6 for this year.. i'll b getting mine in april only...

kapchai easier to control for nufags. ex5 got no clutch and all the gear very easy to engage. oso bit slower. familiarize so tht u can master all the skill needed to control it.. riding a bike @80km/h is not same with driving a car @ 80km/h..

bro , the cbr is very limited. i place my booking last week. no 2 in tht shop, will recv mine in april. n only honda 4S hv confirmed stock now. n furthermore each 4S store will oni receive 6 units this year as BSH oni project 200 units per year.. as this cbr is oni made in siam for the world.. dunno if they can up their production capacity.

will be using this as mine work horse too starting may.. bangi - alor gajah like evry day, 200km return.... if use car, tht's oredi rm22 /day for toll. n it's way to exp for my zthou, once in a while def can....

Is the new CBR 150 Fi coming to Malaysia ? My plan to buy the Yamaha FZ/ old CBR/ ZZR 250 is slightly delayed due to this bike.

i own a yamaha 135lc now.. but yesterday i just tried on honda cbr250r.. for those who did not tried on cbr250r.. do not make a statement..

for beginner.. i am sure for ur 1st bike.. u'd be able to ride a honda cbr 250r..

handling wise cbr250r is the most easiest sportsbike.. even for a yamaha TZM150.. the handling is like riding a yamaha RXZ.. feels like riding a long hard steel.. and that means.. for 1st timer.. u'd feel like the bike is controlling u.. and not the rider controlling the bike..

when u ride on the cbr250r.. u'll be the one controlling the bike.. its awesome.. and funny thing is.. u still can ride as slow as 15km/h and don't feel that the bike is gonna fall or waver around.. easily makes a small u-turn on a speed of 15km/h or lesser.. without needing to drop ur feet down to support.. have a look at my 33 second youtube video riding the cbr250r..

if i am not mistaken,
let say u do rear braking, the front brake will apply automatically to reduce rear tire lock..

imho the 3k price different, you can invest on safety gears...
fullface helmet, elbow and knee pads, riding jacket, boots and gloves..

still much cheaper than if i wanna buy a new car..

according to some reviews, ninja is better in terms of speed and sound, while the CBR is better in terms of reliability.. the ninja more to a superbike while CBR is more to a tourer.. so maybe they are not meant to go head to head.. :|
