yes KFH sells physical gold.

it's not called gold passbook. when you purchase gold from them, they'll offer you to keep for you. you can take the physical gold if you want to.

aah thanks for your answer. so does this mean below is the KFH price for gold? its physical gold price not the spot price? if this is d spot price, where can i find their physical gold prices?

1. I think that is the KFH physical gold, not spot price. Today's spot price  is lower than that.

2. I'm not sure about that. Maybe their price per gram is same for all weights, that's why only 1 price stated at the web.
For instance,  10g =RM1625.60 (RM162.56/gram) , 100g = Rm16,256 (RM162.56/gram). It's just my thought..
For exact information, better u call KFH directly.. 

Just a matter of interest. How does KFH paper gold differ from others as Syariah compliant?

Bank can provide paper gold and be shariah compliant provided that it is actually been back by physical gold.

Which mean, you buy paper, at the same time Bank must have/own the same amount of physical gold.

For KFH, there are actually keeping your gold and give some sort of certificate of ownership and you can take the physical at ANYTIME.

We start investing since 2008, 15 May 2008 to be exact. It took me 2 years of research to convince my self and 2 month to convince my wife.

To date, total investment in precious metal is 1/3 of our net wealth (99% is in gold). Others are in cash, unit trust, 1 piece of land and 1 property.

Agreed not to put all egg in one basket but so far gold had beaten all our others investment in term of return.

The problem always is, we buy high and sell low aka following the crowd.
