last time i was told that usd is inversely proportional to gold price. Since USD keep dropping now, is that mean Gold will increase?

anyone having public bank GIA?? Want to ask, is the trading price via online is cheaper than non-online? Cause when I check the GIA info account on their website, it state that if trade via online pbe.com, Gold purchases and sales are offered at a discounted price.
