can Phenom X4 940 reach to 4.0Ghz just by using the V10 cooler? what the voltage stable for 3.9 and 4.0 Ghz? i'm using crosshair formula II mobo..yet,still can't find the suitable voltage.. =( will someone help me here?

Added on May 18, 2009, 2:29 amhello...i'm using an Asus board..so,i use the asus probe to check my system temp...but i also use other software to measure my system temp..why are they diffrent? which one i should trust?
