Guys, one question here, before this, i'm using an ATI X1800XL card, so i can use ATI Tool to manage the card, however, i didn't use ATI Tool to overclock my graphic card as i'm afraid of losing my graphic card... sweat.gif

**However, my afraid of overclocking doesn't attached to overclocking CPU & Rams laugh.gif

The question is, i can use ATI Tool to set my graphic card heatsink fan to run at maximum speed 24/7, this is my question, is there any software that i can use to set my graphic card heatsink fan to run at maximum speed just like what ATI Tool did for my X1800XL?

Can i use ATI Tool for that purpose? blink.gif

Help me... icon_question.gif

ouhh kay. can you help us understand what you just said? biggrin.gif

1. i can use ATI Tool to set my graphic card heatsink fan to run at maximum speed 24/7,
2. is there any software that i can use to set my graphic card heatsink fan to run at maximum speed just like what ATI Tool did for my X1800XL

erm........me confused.

Hmm...
How can i explain it sweat.gif

Ok, before this, i'm using an ATI X1800XL card for my pc, and i'm using ATI Tool to control the heatsink fan speed to run at the maximum speed all the time when the pc is turned on...

And right now, i've changed my X1800XL to Nvidia 7900GT, my question is, is there any software that can do the job like the ATI tool?

What i meant is, is there any software that can be used to control the fan speed on my stock heatsink fan for my 7900GT?

Right now, i'm using Riva Tuner, but i don't quite understand that program as it's rather confusing me more than the ATI tool, ATI tool is quite easy to understand while Riva Tuner is bringing me a headache... rclxub.gif

Ni kalau soalan aku still memeningkan, terpaksa la aku tulis dalam bahasa melayu plak... laugh.gif

Edit: Can i use ATI Tool on my Nvidia 7900GT card?
I'm not going to overclock my card, as i'm afraid of losing my graphic card, i just want the fan speed on the stock heatsink to run at maximum speed, that's all... notworthy.gif

now you understand why confusing? smile.gif

anyway, have you tried nVidia Control Panel? it allows you to set 2D / 3D mode fan speed.

I'm trying to understand the control panel, but there's too many tabs, and i can't find it, where does it stated?

Sorry, newbie sangat ni, dalam hidup aku baru dua kali aku guna Nvidia nye graphic card... sweat.gif

Help me... icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

Edit: one more question:
Can i use SLi 7900GT on my Asus P5WD2-E Premium motherboard?
[It's using Intel 975X chipset and it only supports crossfire but not SLi]
I've heard that there is some motherboard bios modification that can be done to enable my motherboard to run SLi mode rather than just Crossfire.
Or is it Nvidia Driver mod? blink.gif

Help Me, really newbie in using Nvidia Cards... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Should i increase the voltage of my northbridge after doing some freak oc'ing on my Pentium D processor?

I oc'ed my Pentium D 945 to 4.25GHz, increased the vcore from 1.30volts to 1.31volts
Then the DDR2 800MHz overclocked to DDR2 1000MHz, increased the vdimm from 1.8Volts to 2.15Volts [Timing at 4-4-4-10]

My question is, should i increase the voltage of my northbridge? blink.gif

Need some professional's advise here... icon_question.gif
