First time poster... Stranded here after doing a Google search for the IHSH-08 (Iron Heart 16 oz. denim shirt)...

Just wanted to post some pics in what seems to be a thread dedicated to good jeans... These are all WAYWT pics so disregard the posing and the sunglasses and all the nonsense... Don't take me too serious, I know I don't

I'll start off with my almost 3 year old ATELIER LADURANCE 'Prescott' darktone. Wore it quite a bit the first year but after that it became my sleeping pants cause they're so soft and comfy Bought on eBay for 60 €, new without tags.
Made in France, 14 oz Japanese denim, not selvedge.





And just a week ago I received a pair of selvedge Prescotts I got on eBay for 100 € (new with tags).

My ATELIER LADURANCE 'Prescott' darktone. Been wearing them a bit more again the last 3 months. They're 3 year olds now!.. But have only been worn for just over a year... Will be wearing them throughout the summer though...





My IRON HEART 'Buster' worn for approx 4 months. Will be worn again starting September.

14 oz Japanese denim. It feels soft and thin. I can only wear these when it's warmer. 21 oz. otherwise!..

If you want to get started with Japanese denim, hit up the 2ndhand markets... Styleforum and Superfuture and even the much smaller Iron Heart forum are good sources to track down cheaper stuff, and it's mostly in excellent condition...

Those are original German army trainers... 25 €/ pair new, and sturdy as feck. Why anyone would spend hundreds of bucks on repros made by a designer is beyond me...

Tapered my Iron Heart 634S'es from the knee down:

IH-666XHS sz 32 (TTS):

IH-666-XHS, two months of almost continuous wear. Just stopped cuffing them so the stacks haven't settled yet.

I'm 5.75 (175cm), 175 lbs (79 kgs). Wearing size 32, inseam is 33".

Pure Blue Japan XX-009, one wash model, true to size (32). They stretched immediately and immensely, so I had them tapered 0.75" throughout the leg.
