The GT550M does have 2GB VRAM compared to 1GB of GT540M. Not much effect on gaming with that resolution but it does affect some applications. The quality is also unknown, can it be as simple as an overclocked version of GT540M? Only NVIDIA knows.

The SN version also comes with 5200mAH battery compared to 4400mAH of SV, so you'll get longer battery life.

And yea, that quad core vs dual core.

If you notice, laptops with the specs level of N53SN are around the same price level, so definitely Asus isn't charging you for things that aren't worth the price.

By the way, lingloong's prices for both laptops are the lowest I've seen in LYN atm... with N53SN @ RM3349 and N53SV @ RM2679

I referred to usa.asus.com and cross-checked with the brochures of the different sellers in LYN, all of them stating the SN version comes with 5200mAh.

And it's just the mAh not the number of cells, it's not gonna affect the size.

Domestic express shipping usually takes one day... btw, care to disclose the offer ?
