QUOTE(gabrieltey @ Mar 12 2011, 10:57 PM) opps .. i read wrongly. i thought it has a GT540 . but only 1 GB ram ... will affect performance? It doesn't really matter whether its 1GB or 2GB VRAM but after exchange rate about RM3800. much more expensive than N53sn . but they have freebies. so roughtly comes out to about the same thingy. ...... but mafan go to s'pore even though i stay in Johor Bahru. Well, since you can't wait, its an option Considered very convenient already compared to people staying farther |

QUOTE(kchong84 @ Mar 14 2011, 03:58 PM) Johor bahru has limited stock, the dealer just called me, pay full payment now, collect tmr. Is it safe to do so? Sounds risky, why not pay deposit 1st, pay in full after you get the product tomorrow?Added on March 14, 2011, 4:21 pm QUOTE(24seven @ Mar 14 2011, 04:11 PM) Singapore doesn't have N53SN iinm, only N53SV with FullHD But they have N43SN though This post has been edited by [PF] T.J.: Mar 14 2011, 04:25 PM |

You'd probably be able to bargain around RM100 off the RM2.8k price tag...
1st thing to check is to make sure the laptop is taken out from a sealed box... then make sure there's the Asus new revision certified design sticker.... |

QUOTE(alucard1412 @ Mar 15 2011, 08:35 PM) N43SN should be exactly like N53SN, only 14"...whereas N43SL hasn't been confirmed, maybe i5 or i7...i think I thought its the other way around? N43SL confirmed but N43SN not confirmed? Can't wait for the N43SN... But I doubt the one we'll get (if we get) here will be better than Singapore's version |

If N43SN is priced around RM200 dearer than the A43SN, which one would you choose?

QUOTE(MrSpidey @ Mar 16 2011, 09:55 PM) just back from pyramid and they have N53SN already...Price is 3.5K and 3.4K without freebies Shouldn't worry that much... look at her successful transactions I want to buy from Hikari though but just little bit worry about online shopping... She give very nice price though... She risks loosing her good reputation should any scam occurs (it only takes 1 to spoil her reputation)... You should worry more about postage services in M'sia LOL |

QUOTE(Tsukiyomi001 @ Mar 20 2011, 08:46 PM) can anybody check these two points for me? 1. 1366x7681. N53SN is FHD or HD only? got 2 guys saying is "... no FHD..." 2. How long can the battery last at 60% brightness, wifi connected, video playing from HDD? this is gonna make or break for me... 2. According to users, its capable of reaching 3hours+ with minimum settings + WiFi... video playing at 60% brightness will significantly decrease the battery life |

QUOTE(8u8u @ Mar 20 2011, 09:00 PM) Keyboard of the N53SN? It bends at the center when pressure is applied, especially so for the N53 because of the longer keyboard...And because of the awkward positioning of the arrow keys (but its getting kind of common nowadays it seems), there's a high chance of pressing the wrong buttons, particularly during gaming... But should be okay after some familiarization |
