brightree was founded last July, and they are having around 60 consultants.
environment- i dont know about the work environment, however they got a very small office..but dont worry coz many of the consultants work at their client's office
pay & increment- your gf is a fresh grad or experienced consultant? if she is a fresh grad, stop thinking about the salary & increment.. just grab the opportunity (it is so hard to get into the SAP field) as she will make money after 2 years thumbup.gif

btw, there are 2 stages of interview( mine, 1st interview 3 weeks ago, and final interview last week), and im still waiting for the final result.

oh gosh, hopefully i will get the job icon_question.gif

Do u have any idea what projects they currently have since they were founded only last year. Still very young. How much is the salary for the fresh grad?

yes, its a new company, but bear in mind in SAP, client wont care if ur from a big company or not. Client will look at a consultant who is gonna consult them. Client will first look at the consultant job profile, before they agree to hire you (and the company of course) to give the advise. Most of the consultants in BT has about 15+ years of exp in SAP.

I dont really know the exact salary for fresh grad, but if let say youve worked before in other company (even not in SAP), your last drawn salary will be taken into account. thumbup.gif
