Epson sales sucks big time. when i reach their booth after taking 30 minutes ride, i got the worse customer service by the sales girl n a stupid sales guy. the girl try to sell me the printer n i told her the price is higher than what your dealers are displying in lowyat n lelong site. she immediately sense danger when i said not fair! she pass the colleague to me n walk off! smart but stupid! no sense of sincerity at all. than i continue my onslaught with the guy , seem better to me but frown when i name the two site. his colleague talking to another client gave a grandslam by telling his friend, said "ask him lah other dealers got warranty or not".

Yes! that should be a better question whether if other dealers got the "Manchester United Tee"
I went down to the smaller booth to get the printer after the sales guy told me that this tee is specially brought in from Manchester Uniter and printed in UK. Do you see the different approach and this dealer from Epson able to give me a better friendly gesture with tact. I bought it from him . The company name is E-Life.

See ah beng also can sell better than Epson Company sales!
