I would say Inti since I did their Engineering course back in 2002-2005. My course is Mechanical engineering, where 2 year Diploma and 2 years at University of Adelaide (do they still twin with Uni Adelaide?).

Although I stay in Subang Jaya, I did my first 2 years at Inti Nilai. The hostel there is like a super-interconnected cybercafe where can play network games with everyone I prefer Nilai since Subang Jaya is very congested and very hard to find parking The location of Taylor's new lakeside campus is horrible and there is insufficient parking I heard.

Regarding air-con, when I was in Nilai the entire campus have a centralized chilled water air-con system. Can get very cold at times. The new building in Subang Jaya is using VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow).
