I'm very fat for now and quite hate being have such body size. So I decided to loss fat and hope that i can get some abs instead of just loss the fat down,so anyone can advise me some exercise or eating habit or some useful suggestion? I'm turning to 17 on end of the june and my height is 163 which is stucked on there and 75kg. I hope that i can achieve 170 at least and 6x kg. Is it possible to do it still? is burning fat/loss fat not related to building abs?
p/s no flaming or insulting. googled information but still quite confuse, need suggestion

If you really want to lose weight, there is plenty of information online. But the easiest thing you can do is to watch your diet. Simplest advice would be to 1. Stay off oily fried food 2. Eat 5-6 small meals a day 3. Don't drink any calories (meaning just drink water) 4. Reduce white carb intake (rice, bread, noodles, etc) This is very basic though. If you want abs then you got to study up! And by the way, P90x is a great exercise. I completed it once and thinking of doing it again Its a 90 day program where work out at least 1 hour everyday. Yup, everyday! You just play the video and follow what the guy says.

Getting Started

|
I believe you are asking about "Visible abs", "6 packs" or sort of things.
Burning fats and buidling abs has no direct relationship but they are some sort of related.
Everyone has abs, it's abdominal after all. The differences of one who has 8 packs and one who has one whole big stomach, are one has low body fat, and one has high body fat.
So you need to burn your fats so you can see your abs.
However, becos fat covered up your abs, so u wun know how big or defined your abs is b4 burning off the fats. So people build their abs thru workouts and made theirs look better and more defined.
So if you wan see your abs, you need burn your fats and build those abs.
Once you has a body fat % roughly around or less than 8%, you can now see your "6 packs" clearly if you did train ur abs.
Regarding height, have a right posture and like dudes above said, jump trainings helps.
Abt eating and work outs, I'll try go into it frm a teenager view.
Cut down fast food, MCD, KFC or sort of because it's oily, fat and high calorie intake.
Try watch whatever you eat, learn abt nutrition, calorie or even making your own food.
You are still young, do much reading on these, learning them, may eventually get you some extra skills. (more fields of study in future)
Your weight is a bit too much for your height, so cutting off fats, or weights are a must, have some strength training as well to build more muscles.
Lastly, P90X is really awesome piece of workout programs. Stay motivated, happy working outs for better life.
