Hi Dennis, me aint no pro, but you seems to have a plan all worked out. Consistency is the key and good job on loosing 2kg in just 15 days, that's really a good start.
I didn't read through your whole workout/exercise routine, but exercise is exercise, eating clean is eating clean. Keep doing it and it will turn out good. Fats don't burnt over night, it takes time + cardio + eating clean.
