No, it can't be done and even Steve Jobs said "No" for tethering wifi connection from iPhone to your iPad with the orginal iOS firmware.

Lot of packages to choose from. Yes huddle, U Mobile Mifi, Maxis Mifi ect etc.. It all depend on the contract u sign with them. So far i think the price for Mifi ranging between (with 2 year contract) Rm250-(no contract) RM400.
