To be on the safe side of the law, use crystal vision becos the light is still yellowish compare with diamond vision the light is white.

I used that before.. Performance at dark night / heavy rain = sucks to the max.
If you are looking into white-ish light, go for HID instead of these halogen. Yes, i know it's illegal, but who cares?? biggrin.gif
Btw, make sure u got the genuine bulbs, those so-called HID halogen bulbs perform really suckssssss.....

Don't believe what i say? Go buy and try and u'll know

Its a halogen bulb, its not HID. even if u were stopped by JPJ, they can't find the ballast thingy that powered the HID bulb. so u are safe. summore u can troll the JPJ offiver, "Tuan, HID ada ballast, ini xde ballast. problem officer?"

deyy... JPJ regulation has 2 parts.

1. NO aftermarket HID allowed.
2. Lampu putih tidak dibenarkan.

so if you want peace of mind, install 4300K and below.

if you're feeling lucky, install 5000K and start trolling JPJ officers smile.gif

tl;dr version : if scared of summon, use normal halogen, not more than 4300K.

bodo... ONLY amber coloured lights are allowed.

used crystal vision before.. also kena. maybe because i'm using crystal head light and H4 booster so it appear whiter

after that went to philips rally 100/90W and never looked back,. it's 5 times cheaper also.

As stated in JPJ rules,
"PENGUBAHSUAIAN KECIL ATAU PEMASANGAN ALAT KELENGKAPAN TAMBAHAN YANG DIBENARKAN TANPA PERLU MENDAPAT KEBENARAN JPJ"
"9. Pemasangan spot light atau lampu halogen (kedua-duanya berwarna putih dan kuning) pada bahagian hadapan sahaja iaitu tambahan kepada lampu yang sedia ada."

So i think wont be for install diamond vision..
